The man or woman who will be treasured by their spouse some day is the one who has that other person’s comfort, happiness, and well-being first and foremost in their mind at all times. Selfishness is the direct opposite of love, and being selfish cannot help but render a person virtually unlovable.

Some may feel that friends are not necessary, sadly, to their regret, they learn all too late in life, we all need true friends. In fact, the quality of your life depends much on the quality (not the quantity) of your friendships. Healthy friendships are essential to our mental and physical well-being.
